Description
Small gaps around windows, roof seams, vents, heaters, and trim can be frustrating to seal cleanly. This butyl tape presses into place as a putty style sealant tape without mixing, tubes, or a caulk gun.
Each roll is 36 ft long, 3/4 inch wide, and 1/8 inch thick. Use it for compatible boats, RVs, trailers, windows, roofs, vents, fiberglass, metal, wood, and glass.
Try our butyl tape RV and boat window seal sealant risk free for 30 days. If you are not satisfied, get a full refund.
Clean and dry the surface where the tape will be applied, making sure it is free of debris. Remove the butyl tape backing while applying directly to the surface.
Run your hand over the tape and firmly press it onto the surface. Cut the tape to length with a utility knife or scissors. If possible, allow the tape to cure, dry, and acclimate overnight before exposing it to harsh conditions. If that is not possible, allow the tape to set for at least 4 hours. Tape can be painted after it has cured.

Absolutely; it is safe for fiberglass, metal, plastic, and wood, making it a versatile tool for any boat or RV owner.
