30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Our policy lasts 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days, contact our support team for a full, no questions asked refund. This applies to every product we sell, including sale and discounted items.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, reach out anyway and tell us your circumstances. We cannot promise a refund after 30 days, but we will always try to find a fair solution.

How To Start A Return Or Refund

  2. Include your order number or proof of purchase. This is only needed to process a refund or replacement. For general product help or questions, you do not need it.
  3. Our team will confirm the next step. Depending on the situation, that may be a refund, a replacement, or guidance on the best solution. If a return shipment is needed, we will send you instructions and the return address. Please wait to hear from us before shipping anything back, and never send products to the manufacturer.

Refund Timing

Once your refund is approved, it is processed right away and applied to your original method of payment. Most refunds appear within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

If your refund seems late, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. Processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support[at]thebetterboat.com and we will track it down.

Exchanges

Need a replacement instead of a refund? Contact our support team and we will arrange it.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and store credit cannot be returned or refunded.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
