INSTRUCTIONS: Use 1/4"-20 Stainless Steel Bolts, 1/4" Stainless Steel washers and - 20 Stainless Steel Nylon lock nuts to attach base to seat. Check bolt tension on a regular basis to ensure secure and tighten them as necessary. TOOL TIP: We have included a special tool designed to help tighten the wing nuts on the seat clamp. The one end is notched to receive the wing nut once your seat is attached. Slide that end over the wing nut and twist clockwise to help secure the base.
