Description
This clamp on boat seat mount is made for adding a swiveling seat to a flat bench without converting the bench into a permanent pedestal install. It works well for jon boats, aluminum boats, bass boats, and similar bench layouts.
The frame adjusts from 9 inches to 20.5 inches wide and includes a tightening tool for setup under a mounted seat. The 360 degree swivel and 5 inch to 6 inch bolt pattern support common boat seat installs.

PLEASE NOTE: For safety, the swivel seats are designed to lock without applying pressure downward and rotationally.
INSTRUCTIONS: Use 1/4"-20 stainless steel bolts, 1/4" stainless steel washers, and 1/4"-20 stainless steel nylon lock nuts to attach the base to the seat. Check bolt tension on a regular basis to ensure the seat is secure and tighten as necessary.
TOOL TIP: We have included a special tool designed to help tighten the wing nuts on the seat clamp. One end is notched to receive the wing nut once your seat is attached. Slide that end over the wing nut and twist clockwise to help secure the base.
WARNING: Avoid serious injury or death. Do not occupy the seat when speed exceeds 5 MPH. A dislodged seat may strike the occupant or cause loss of boat control. Secure the unoccupied seat. Keep hands away during use and operation. Children should not operate the swivel. Avoid sharp edges and handle with care. Inspect the swivel regularly for rust or corrosion. Apply grease annually to ensure proper safety. If the swivel shows signs of deterioration, replace it.
