Description
This adjustable transom saver helps support an outboard motor while the boat is being trailered. By adding support between the motor and trailer, it helps reduce strain and bouncing from rough roads, ramps, and longer drives.
The mount adjusts from 22.5 inches to 32.5 inches and includes two attachment styles for different trailer setups. Hot dipped galvanized carbon steel, a rubber V block, and built in spring support make it a practical choice for owners who trailer often.

Assemble the transom saver by aligning each section with the matching holes, inserting the bolts or pins through the aligned holes, and securing each connection with the included nuts. Tighten all hardware before use. Attach the fork/bracket end and the motor support end as shown in the assembly diagram, then verify all sections are locked and secure before installation on the boat and trailer.
If your trailer has a center roller at the rear, use the U frame roller bracket. If you do not have a roller available, permanently mount the included bolt-on pin bracket to the rear frame of the trailer and attach it with the included bolt. The motor sits in the rubber V end of the transom saver.
WARNING: The transom saver is intended for use while trailering and should be removed prior to launching the boat. Always strap the motor to the transom saver before driving. Do not alter the transom saver or drill additional holes in it. Do not overtighten the attachment, since improper tightening may lead to failure.
