This base plate gives compatible pedestal posts and seat hardware a fixed place to mount. Once installed, you can insert and remove the seat setup for casting seats, captain seats, and swivel boat seats.
The aluminum plate works with 3/4 inch pins, including threaded and unthreaded pole attachments. Mounting bolts are sold separately so the installer can choose hardware for the surface.
